Service Cancellation

Time management consulting services from Expelyoung can be cancelled before the scheduled start date. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to askuse@expelyoung.world at least 48 hours before the service begins.

Refund Eligibility

Full refunds are available for cancelled services when requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. Partial refunds may be considered for services that have already begun, subject to individual circumstances and the extent of services provided.

Refund Process

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

Non-Refundable Services

Services that have been fully completed or customized materials that have been delivered may not be eligible for refunds. This includes completed consultation sessions and personalized time management frameworks that have been provided.
